On Friday September the 19, 2025 Jason Amador came to Le Pera to speak to the Jr. High students. He spoke of his challenges of living out his dream of becoming a division 1 athlete. He talked of his road to playing for Grand Canyon University Basketball team. He faced many challenges in his efforts to reach his goals. He told of two hip surgeries and his college closing down. Then him finding his way to GCU. He story is both motivating and inspirational. The Students truly enjoyed his talk.
